The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The x999b website, mobile version, and all its services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account on the Platform.

• "Account" — A user's personal registered account on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any additional amount or benefit granted to a user by the Operator.
• "Real Money" — Funds actually deposited by the user.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts by the same person will result in all accounts being closed, and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be considered a violation of these terms. If any details change, you must notify the x999b support team immediately.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

x999b may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete. Providing the required documents promptly is in your own interest.

3.3 Currency

x999b supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, balance displays, and bonus calculations are conducted in Taka.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted deposit methods on the x999b platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawal requests can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent, suspicious, or linked to money laundering, x999b reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction. In such cases, the associated account may also be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will qualify for the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may be used only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• If bonus abuse or game manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• x999b reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Program

The x999b VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available depending on the tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through each tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

6.1 General Rules

All games offered on x999b are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting play. x999b follows a Fair Play policy.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or internet disconnection occurs during gameplay, please contact the x999b support team. Any transactions affected by a technical error will be resolved subject to review.

6.3 Sports Betting

All content on the x999b platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of the Operator or the relevant licensor. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this property for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Operator is prohibited.

Game content and software fall under the intellectual property of the respective game providers, and those providers' own license terms apply.

The x999b platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Account password exposure resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform or scheduled maintenance periods.

In any circumstance, the Operator's maximum liability will be limited to the current balance in the user's account.

If a dispute or complaint arises, please contact the support team directly in the first instance. x999b will begin reviewing your complaint within 48 hours.

If the issue cannot be resolved through the support team, both parties will attempt to settle the matter through a neutral channel agreed upon by both sides. In case of disputes regarding game results or betting outcomes, the game server logs will be considered as the final evidence.
